On a colorful set, LynnMarie, along with the lively cast members, demonstrate easy to follow steps while a live band plays on stage. You feel like you're at a dance! And you'll WANT to exercise!

HOW IT WORKS

After an introduction explaining several of the steps used throughout the video, LynnMarie will guide you through a 40 minute low-impact exercise routine. There is a 5 minute warm-up, 20 minutes of low-impact aerobics, 5 minute cool down, 10 minute toning segment to work on your arms, legs, and waist, and a 5 minute final stretch.

PROVEN TRACK RECORD

POLKAerobics with LynnMarie has been on the market since May of 1991. Since that time, approximately 5,000 units have been sold; 75% of those through mail order advertising campaigns, and 25% at live demonstrations. We have appeared on several television programs with huge successes. We have also held live demonstrations at many festivals, fairs, and special events.

CONSUMER PROFILE

Our consumers have covered a wide range of nationalities and ethnic backgrounds. Approximately 80% have been women ages 35 - 65. Sales have been higher in the ethnic regions of New York, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and in retirement areas such as Florida. All consumers seem to have done the polka at one time or another in there lives, and are thrilled that they are able to exercise to it today!
